The existing garage on this estate in Kirkwood did not match the primary home which was a brick Georgian style architecture. Our team was contracted to creatively remedy the issue!
With the existing home of this estate as the basis for the new design we set about redesigning this Carriage House to now be covered in brick with beautiful carriage style doors and an attic above to be used as a kids game room with a pool house bathroom.
To bring natural light is provided for with three dormers all having classic shed style roofs. The middle dormer of which is dressed with French doors leading to a Juliette balcony.
The new garage suits the needs of the client well, while looking as though it were original to the estate.
