This award winning new 2400 square foot home built in St. Louis’ own Dogtown has set the mark for new homes to be built in the area. But this isn’t what makes the home award winning. This home is the first Green single family home to be built in the city of St. Louis, Certified NAHB Gold, and has won not only an HBA “Homer” award, but also first place (platinum) in its division in St. Louis Homes magazine’s “Green Home of the year” contest.
Mayor Francis Slay was the Guest of Honor at the “GREEN” ribbon cutting ceremony.
