Structurally, our architects identified important additions to the support structure of the building, preventing problems associated with sagging or shifting of the foundation and structures dependent on its stability.
Living spaces were updated, including a refinish on the beautiful hardwood floors. The kitchen updates include an “L” shaped island where family and guests can socialize and dine. Subway tile backsplash and natural stone countertops create a classic look, a striking contrast with the flooring.
